The early Intel-based mini supports 2 GB of RAM, the 2007 3 GB, and the 2009 models 8 GB.

Memory on the G4 mini can be expanded to 1 GB (there’s only one memory slot, so if you upgrade, you have to remove what’s installed), and Apple doesn’t recommend that users upgrade RAM (although it won’t void your warranty).
